Eric Bach, Founder and President of SMT International, heads the service department for over 25 years. He usually is the first one to pick up the phone.

Andy Scheer is our lead field service engineer, managing and scheduling installs and service visits for our Team.

Gerald Abdon is on the road most of the time doing installs and training customer to use their machines.

Tristan Garcia is our sales technician working out of the office. He handles Customer support, Sales and in House Repairs and support.
